
Wurstsalat
Meat Salad:
1 lb Ring Bologna or Knackwurst BR (Swiss Cervelas)
2 Dill Pickles (use Kruegermann Frischgurken)
2 Hard Boiled Eggs
1/4 Cup Diced Onions
1 Tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
1 Tablespoon Water
1 Tablespoon Salad Oil
nutmeg, salt, and pepper to taste
Dice Bologna (or Knackwurst), pickles, and eggs. Mix well with onion, vinegar, water, and salad oil. Season to taste and serve cold.
