Reasons to Buy Continental Sausage
| • |
Continental Sausage purchases only the highest quality and freshest “All Natural” meats. We purchase beef, pork, and chicken from farmers who raise their animals on sustainable family farms without sub therapeutic antibiotics or growth hormones. |
| • |
All of our products are produced under strict USDA guidelines, ensuring the safest and most sanitary environment for food handling. |
| • |
We only use fresh organic whole fruits and vegetables in our sausage...never vegetable powders or flavorings. |
| • |
We only use natural casings on our linked sausages — never plastic or collagen casings. |
| • |
We never use MSG or fillers. |
| • |
All Continental Sausage products are fully cooked and many are also smoked. There are many benefits resulting from fully cooking our sausage:
- There is no guesswork during the cooking process for the end user, thus eliminating microbial concerns.
- Fully cooked products have an extended shelf life.
- Because our products are fully cooked, what you see is what you get. There is little or no shrink.

| • |
All of our products are produced the old fashioned European way, by chopping the meats, not grinding, which allows for better flavor distribution and a better bind throughout. |

Continental Sausage has not altered its recipes in over 35 years. |
